By participating in the Retina South Africa Pezulu Treehouse Raffle Competition (“the Competition”), each participant agrees to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions set out herein.
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Competition conducted by Retina South Africa in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2.The prize will be as advertised, is not transferable or refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
3.Terms and Conditions for the winning of the prize is as advertised.
4.Board members and employees of Retina South Africa may not participate in the raffle.
5.Immediate family of employees and board members may participate.
6.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to participate.
7.The draw will take place on Sunday 15 February 2026 at the Boksburg City Stadium.
8.The winner will be drawn randomly using the Random Number Generator installed on the Retina SA Administrator’s computer and conducted in the presence of two adjudicators.
9.The winner will be notified via the contact details (email and/or phone) provided at the time of ticket purchase within three business days following the draw. The winner will also be announced at the prize giving on race day.
10. The winner must provide a valid South African Identity Document or Passport to claim the prize.
