Your Thursday 16 January 2025, 45–50-minute training session! 
1. Warm Up: 10-15 minutes easy
2. Big Gear Low Cadence (Tempo): 12 minutes
3. Easy: 4 minutes
4. Tempo Intervals: 6 x 2 minutes @ Tempo with 2 minutes easy between each
5. Cool Down: 5-10 minutes easy
Remember, every pedal stroke brings you closer to your goal. Push your limits, stay focused, and ride with determination!
