Full-time (40h pw) vacant position in Pretoria

  • Administrative function: digital & hardcopy filing, copying, minutes-taking, compiling salary schedules from Biometric Fingerprint Machine, implementing DoL regulations, reconciling Logbooks, compiling all Progress Reports & Business Plans, maintenance of technology & assets, preparation for Governance Board & AG Meetings
  • Networking: assisting with receipt of visitors, participate in fundraising projects, Facebook & Social Media management, co-operation with external Accountant
  • Financial function: compiling monthly financial statements on Sage, manage Petty Cash, preparation for Annual Financial Audit, manage Inventory Register, basic purchases & creditor payments, assist with M&E investigations
  • Qualifications: Gr12 & Postsecondary School diplomas with at least 10 years’ experience in this field
  • Skills required: goal driven, Office 365 with Excel & PowerPoint skills, ample initiative & thinking out of the box
